Wood-Plastic Composites (WPC) are a new type of composite material that has rapidly gained popularity both domestically and internationally in recent years. These materials are created by using polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyvinyl chloride to replace traditional resin adhesives, and combining them with over 50% of waste plant fibers such as wood flour, rice husks, or straw. The resulting wood-based material is then processed into boards or profiles through plastic processing methods such as extrusion, molding, or injection molding. WPC is primarily used in industries such as construction, furniture, and logistics packaging. Boards made by mixing plastic and wood flour in specific proportions and forming them through hot extrusion are known as extruded wood-plastic composite boards. Product Data Sheet
